Withdraw Court Case Service (establishments)

Withdraw court case service enables employers (establishments) to withdraw a declared court’s decision issued by the courts against their workers.

Court's decision

1. Establishment signatories or representatives will access the service using their PKI enabled identity card or mobile number.

2. Determine the worker, then select Withdraw court case from action list, and initiate the application.

3. Add date of court's decision.

4. Upload the court's decision document.

5. Review the details of the application.

6. Submit the application.
