1. Login to service using PKI enabled identity card or mobile number.
2. After login in, the worker can view the list of resignation application he previously submitted.
3. To submit a new resignation request, you must click on the "Add a new resignation application" button, and then fill in the required resignation information.
4. The system will display the terms, that must be read and approve before saving the application.
5. After saving:
• In the event that the date of resignation is the same as the date of submission, the system will automatically approve the resignation application (Accepted) and notify both the worker and the employer of the approval of the resignation.
• In the event that the date of resignation is greater than the date of the day of submission, the system will save the application (Resignation Application) and notify the worker and the employer, and then the resignation application will approved as an accepted request on the day of the resignation date recorded in the application.
6. The worker can withdraw the request in the event that the resignation request has not approved yet, by select (Cancel Request), so that the cancellation request will be approve only with the approval of the employer, and the system will notify the employer when the cancellation request is registered to take the necessary action, acceptance or rejection.
7. By Selecting (View Details) can view application details from the list.
8. Worker can print the Employment Contract Termination Form for approved applications only.
